Quality Checkers

We are looking for Quality checkers to assure the quality of our processes and sales team. This job involves tasks such as checking clients' list to ensure validity and conformity, listening to call to ensure that sales representative are following the correct script and closing on sales without loosing on any potential client. The candidate need to keep a record of all interventions and overseeing procedures. This job is well suited to people with an eye for detail, who have an aptitude for math, and who have technical skills.
