Create and Implement a relational Database in Adalo

I want someone to create a relational database based on the information I will provide. I then want that database to create the basis of an Mobile App which will be made in Adalo. The screens should be created, linked and relationships need to be working correctly using the dummy data I will provide.

The database will resemble an existing app, the details of which I will provide to the winning bid.
