SEAC RL in MATLAB for 5G-NR-V2X Resource Allocation

I'm looking for an expert in SEAC (Shared Experience Actor-Critic) Reinforcement Learning in MATLAB to enhance the resource allocation efficiency of 5G-NR-V2X Mode 2.
Key Project Details:
- The application of SEAC RL: I'm looking to apply the SEAC RL technique in MATLAB. Your experience in reinforcement learning particularly with SEAC will be invaluable.
- Focus on Resource Allocation: The primary goal of this project is to improve the existing system performance by optimizing resource allocation. You should be well-versed in 5G-NR-V2X Mode 2.
- Better Results than Other Techniques: PRR (Packet Reception Ratio) and RRU (Radio Resource Utilization) should give better results for SEAC RL than SPS (Semi Persistent Scheduling) and DS (Dynamic Scheduling) for Aperiodic Traffic.
Your Role:
- Expertise in SEAC RL: Your capability in SEAC RL will be crucial to the success of this project.
- 5G-NR-V2X Knowledge: A deep understanding of 5G-NR-V2X Mode 2, especially in the context of resource allocation, will be a significant advantage.
- Expertise in MATLAB: The Network Simulator used for this purpose is WiLabV2Xsim which is written in MATLAB.
I'm looking for a freelancer who can:
- Understand and apply the SEAC RL technique proficiently
- Improve the resource allocation efficiency of 5G-NR-V2X Mode 2
- Can work easily on MATLAB and modify the simulator according to requirement
- Collaborate effectively with me to enhance the overall system performance
The only challenge is the time constraint as I have only one month to finalize this project.
