Parse data from JSON/ bullet points etc

I have the attached data - it comes in all kinds of formats (JSON, dashed bullet points, numbered points and sometimes just comma separated).
Could you build a nice regex parser to transform it into the list of sites/landmarks/attractions as shown in tab 2 of the spreadsheet?
