Create a regex code to scan for copyright dates in HTML

We're looking to scan websites to find out of date copyright in the footer. Basically we want to search for sites that still say "Copyright 2018" and various other formats like that.

We will need to setup a few different strings including using © etc to ensure we find all the main different formats people use on their sites.
