Tosca Regression Tester Story-Point Pay
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have an ongoing web application project that needs a solid regression suite written and maintained in Tricentis Tosca. All test design, automation, execution and reporting will be measured through our existing story-point system—every completed and accepted story point is compensated at 100 Rs, so the faster and cleaner you deliver, the higher your return.
Scope of work
The application is browser-based and, for now, must be validated on Microsoft Edge. Future iterations may expand to Chrome or Firefox, so I appreciate a modular approach that keeps that door open. The current backlog already contains a set of prioritised regression scenarios; you will refine them, translate them into Tosca modules and test cases, then run and document results in our pipeline.
Workflow & tools
We work with Git for version control, Azure DevOps for user stories and pipelines, and, of course, Tosca Commander for automation. Access to the test environment and credentials are ready; once you join the repo you can pull the latest build and start creating modules immediately.
Acceptance criteria
• All committed story points must execute in Tosca without manual intervention.
• Test cases cover the functional paths defined in the associated user story and pass in Edge.
• Execution logs and screenshots are published back to Azure DevOps.
• Any defects are logged with reproducible steps before the story is marked complete.
If you are already productive in Tosca and comfortable working against a story-point model, this should be a straightforward engagement with flexible hours and clear, performance-based pay.
