Streaming Site Manual QA Testing
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
My streaming platform is live and I need a fresh set of eyes to stress-test every user journey—sign-up, login, search, playback, subtitle toggling, subscription management, and account settings. Your mission is to run both exploratory and scripted tests, hunting down visual inconsistencies, broken flows, and performance hiccups before real users spot them.
I’m primarily interested in how the UI feels, how reliably core features work, and whether page and video load times stay snappy. Device and browser coverage is flexible: if you can test on desktop, tablet, or mobile in Chrome, Firefox, Safari (or any subset you already own), let me know and we’ll finalise the matrix together.
Deliverables
• A structured bug report (spreadsheet or JIRA-ready) with severity, reproducible steps, screenshots or screen recordings.
• A concise checklist or set of test scenarios showing what you covered.
• A brief health summary highlighting critical issues and quick-win recommendations.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every issue includes clear evidence, steps, and severity.
2. Coverage matches the environments we agree on beforehand.
3. All docs are delivered in editable format.
If you regularly use tools like BrowserStack, Charles Proxy, or network throttling in dev-tools, feel free to mention them—experience with streaming or OTT platforms is a plus. Let’s tighten up quality together.
