We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance & Hardware Testing Engineer with strong experience in railway signaling and SIL-4 safety-critical systems. You will play a key role in ensuring our embedded hardware products meet the highest levels of reliability, compliance, and functional safety.
This role is suited for professionals who have worked on certified railway products, understand rigorous V&V processes.
What You’ll Work On
• Lead and execute Black-box and White-box testing for railway signaling hardware and embedded systems
• Perform verification and validation (V&V) activities for SIL-4 compliant products
• Review hardware schematics, design documents, and safety requirements for white-box testing
• Plan and execute functional, regression, fault-insertion, and stress testing
• Apply and interpret railway signaling protocols and safety logic
• Ensure compliance with CENELEC standards (EN 50126 / EN 50128 / EN 50129, etc. )
• Create and review test cases, procedures, reports, and traceability matrices
• Support internal audits, assessments, and certification activities
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams
• Mentor junior QA/test engineers and contribute to process improvement
Who Should Apply
• 5+ years of experience in hardware / embedded testing for railway or safety-critical systems
• Proven hands-on experience working on SIL-4 certified or certifiable products
• Strong understanding of Black-box and White-box testing methodologies
• Experience with railway signaling products (interlocking, input/output cards, relays, power modules, fail-safe systems)
• Ability to interpret schematics, logic diagrams, and safety requirements
• Comfortable working offline from our Delhi office
