Task Overview
You will be required to perform manual testing on the following page: test-qa.capslock.global

Requirements
Analyze the test page carefully
Identify 10 most critical bugs that impact business or user experience
Document each bug in a structured format:

Bug Report Format:
Bug description (what is wrong and where it occurs)
Steps to reproduce
Expected result
Actual result
Screenshots or videos (if necessary)

Form Validation Rules to Test
The form must follow these requirements:
All fields are required
Zip code must contain exactly 5 digits
Email must follow a valid format
Phone number must contain exactly 10 digits
After successful submission, the user must be redirected to a “Thank You” page

Deliverables
A Word document (.docx) or similar file containing the bug report
Clear, structured, and professional QA documentation
