Manual QA Tester for Website Testing (Customer & Business Roles)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m preparing our web application for its next production release and need a meticulous manual tester who can look at every screen through the eyes of both a Customer user and a Business user. Your core mission is to uncover functional bugs, highlight any confusing or broken interaction, and call out responsive UI issues before they ever reach real users.
You will walk through all live and edge-case workflows assigned to those two roles, exercising them on modern browsers and common breakpoints. If you have prior experience with admin panels, feel free to extend coverage there as well; otherwise the main focus stays on customer-facing and business-facing journeys.
Deliverables
• Detailed bug reports in my existing tracker (steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, severity, environment, and screenshots or short Loom videos).
• A concise end-of-cycle summary that lists coverage, open defects, and any usability or responsiveness concerns.
• Optional: notes on admin flow issues, if explored.
Acceptance criteria
• All reported issues must be reproducible using the information you provide.
• No high-severity functional bugs or major layout breaks remain open at sign-off.
• Coverage clearly demonstrates testing of customer and business user paths on desktop, tablet, and mobile widths.
You can use your own device pool or BrowserStack; just note the environment in each ticket. I’ll have staging access, test accounts, and any additional documentation ready for you. Once everything is verified and signed off, we ship—confident that real users will have a polished experience.
