I need an experienced tester who can put a set of hybrid keyboards through their paces and give me the kind of feedback a product team can act on immediately. The work centres on macOS, so every workflow and connectivity check must be performed on that platform.
Your core focus will be key responsiveness, tactile feel and the overall typing experience during prolonged sessions. Hand and wrist comfort is critical to me, so any comments on force, angle, pressure points or potential strain carry extra weight. Beyond the user-feel side, I also expect you to push the hardware: spot latency, connectivity drops, ghosting, rollover issues and anything else that might surface in real-world use.
When you’re finished, I want a clearly structured report that:
• Summarises all test scenarios and tools used
• Rates performance in measurable terms (e.g., actuation force, noise levels, error rates)
• Flags any defects or inconsistencies with screenshots or short clips where helpful
• Recommends concrete design or firmware adjustments, prioritised by impact
If you hold relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) or have shipped past keyboard reviews, mention them so I can gauge fit quickly.
