Experienced Software QA Tester Needed

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software QA Tester to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying issues, and collaborating with the development team to resolve them.
You will:
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Web and Mobile.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing to ensure software meets quality standards.
- Review designs using Figma for visual and usability validation.
- Use BrowserStack for cross-browser and device compatibility testing.
- Use Linear for issue tracking and workflow management.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide detailed test results and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Software testing experience.
Skills:
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with UI/UX testing practices and visual validation.
- Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Linear).
- Proficient in BrowserStack for compatibility testing.
- Experience reviewing designs in Figma.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
