Entertainment Platform Manual QA Testing

Job ID: 40307776

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need several detail-oriented virtual assistants to run thorough manual QA passes on our new entertainment platform before the next public release. You will be given test credentials, a concise test-case matrix, and access to our issue-tracking board. Your job is to move through the scripted scenarios, spot anything that feels off, and record each finding with clear reproduction steps, screenshots or screen-captures, environment details, and severity.

Because this is a consumer-facing product, I’m especially interested in anything that breaks the flow—visual glitches, playback issues, navigational dead ends, slow loads, or language inconsistencies. You’ll help me confirm the fixes we ship are actually live, so a keen eye for regression is vital.

Deliverables
• Completed test-case matrix with pass/fail results
• One ticket per defect filed in our tracker (Jira) with repro steps, media evidence, and expected vs. actual behaviour
• A brief end-of-round summary highlighting critical blockers, areas of high defect density, and anything that might benefit from UX polishing

Acceptance criteria
1. Every assigned test case is executed and marked.
2. All defects include reproducible steps and supporting media.
3. No blocker or critical issue is left undocumented.

Comfort switching among desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers will be helpful, as the platform must feel seamless no matter where users press play. If you’ve logged issues on streaming services, games, or social apps before, that background will translate perfectly here. Let me know your usual toolset (BrowserStack, Charles Proxy, dev tools, etc.) and your availability for the upcoming sprint, and we can get started right away.
