Business Web App Testing
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I have a browser-based platform that handles core Customer Relationship Management and Financial Reporting tasks. I’m looking for someone who not only understands testing mechanics but can also look at features through a business lens, spot process gaps, and articulate findings in clear, native-level English.
The work is primarily manual: exploratory sessions, structured test cases, and regression passes that mirror real-world business workflows. If you also draw on Selenium, JUnit, Postman, or similar frameworks for reference that’s a plus, but the immediate need is hands-on manual validation and well-written documentation.
You will design the tests, and pathways for all user scenarios and provide documentation on your findings
Deliverables
• A concise test plan outlining scope, environments, and assumptions
• Detailed test cases with expected vs. actual results
• A bug log with severity, reproduction steps, and screenshots/video where relevant
• A final summary report highlighting critical issues, business impact, and quick-win recommendations
