Fullstack Pern Todo with Redux/Typescript

I have the backend fully set up and ready to connect to a db, I need help getting the redux/typescript tasks left are to remove todo, fix types in Slice file, once the core functionality it ready I can take care of styling. After that I was to containerize the whole app.

I want to be able to push this app up to github and have anyone be able to run it locally with docker with readme instructions.
