Build Redmine Issue Plugin

I have a self-hosted Redmine instance running on Ruby on Rails and I need a bespoke plugin that extends its native issue-tracking capabilities. Specifically, I want to streamline how issues are created, displayed, and updated so that our team can spot blockers faster and keep sprint boards clean.

Core expectations
• The plugin must hook cleanly into Redmine’s standard issue model and respect existing workflows, custom fields, and role permissions.
• Added UI components should follow Redmine’s view conventions (Rails partials, ERB/HAML, Sprockets assets) so upgrades remain painless.
• Code should be Ruby 3.x / Rails 6+ compliant, wrapped in RSpec tests, and packaged for easy installation from the “plugins” folder with a single migration task.
• A short README with setup, configuration options, and any database changes is required.

Timeline
I need working code and basic documentation as soon as possible, so I’ll be reviewing pull requests continuously and can test on a staging server the same day you push updates.
