We’re building AgencyUptime.com — a white-label uptime monitoring SaaS tailored for agencies. We want to replicate the architecture and feature set of BareUptime.co, while adding a multi-tenant, branded frontend for agency resale, Stripe billing, and client-facing reporting.
This is a full-stack MVP: you'll deploy a production-ready monitoring backend inspired by BareUptime.co, then build a React-based frontend where agencies can sign up, monitor client sites, customize their branding, and manage subscriptions.
Scope of Work
Backend: Monitoring Engine (BareUptime.co clone)
Deploy backend to our infra (Hetzner preferred)
Distributed global workers (HTTP/HTTPS checks, 30s–5m intervals)
Store uptime logs per site
REST API for site management and incident data
Push alerts via:
Email (SendGrid or Resend)
Slack / Discord / Webhook
Optional: Firebase Push or SMS-ready integration
Redis queue + Backblaze (or S3) for backups
Frontend: White-Label Multi-Tenant SaaS UI
Agency User Dashboard:
Auth (JWT, Supabase, or Firebase)
Dashboard to manage sites + status
View historical uptime/downtime events
Add team members / clients (role-based)
Configure alert channels per site
White-Label Features:
Upload agency logo + color theme
Set custom subdomain (status.agency.com)
Branded status pages per monitored site
Branded uptime reports (PDF or web)
Client Reporting:
Automated weekly/monthly email reports
Per-site uptime % with incident summary
Branded header + "from" name in email
