# Reddit Brand Awareness & Community Engagement Specialist (Homeschooling Niche)
## Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced Reddit marketer and community engagement specialist to help increase awareness of our brand within homeschooling communities and relevant parenting subreddits.
Our company serves homeschooling families, and we want to build authentic visibility where homeschool moms and parents are already having conversations online.
This is **not** a spam, bot, or mass-posting project. We are looking for someone who understands Reddit culture and can ethically engage in discussions, identify relevant opportunities, and help our brand become part of the conversation in a natural and valuable way.
## Responsibilities
* Research and identify relevant homeschooling, parenting, education, and family-focused subreddits.
* Monitor discussions where our products, services, or expertise may be helpful.
* Create and manage a Reddit engagement strategy.
* Participate in conversations using established Reddit accounts with positive karma/history.
* Generate authentic brand mentions where appropriate.
* Recommend content topics and discussion opportunities.
* Identify influencer Redditors, moderators, and community opportunities.
* Provide weekly reports outlining activity, mentions, engagement, and opportunities discovered.
## Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience marketing or building brand awareness on Reddit.
* Strong understanding of Reddit etiquette and community guidelines.
* Active Reddit user with established accounts.
* Experience in parenting, homeschooling, education, faith-based, or family-focused communities is a plus.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Ability to create authentic engagement rather than promotional posts.
