Reddit Specialist for Tech Content Distribution

We operate an elite systems engineering and DevOps editorial platform. Our content is highly technical, focusing on enterprise reality, configuration traps, and architectural deep-dives (e.g., Entra ID, Kubernetes, M365).
We are looking for a Reddit specialist to organically distribute our content to high-intent engineering audiences.
The Challenge:
We know that technical communities (like r/sysadmin, r/devops, r/sre, and r/aws) are actively hostile to corporate marketing and naked link-dropping. If you just post our article links with generic titles, the accounts will be banned immediately. We need someone who understands "native repackaging."
What You Will Do:
Native Repackaging: Take our technical articles and rewrite the core premise into native, text-based Reddit posts (e.g., sharing a "configuration horror story" or asking a highly specific technical question).
Organic Seeding: Engage with the community in the comments of your post.
Strategic Linking: Only drop the link to our full article when someone explicitly asks for the architecture, the solution, or the full runbook.
Comment Monitoring: Find existing, highly active threads where users are struggling with a problem our content solves, and provide a helpful, human response that includes a link to our relevant guide as a resource.
Who We Are Looking For:
You must understand Reddit culture deeply, particularly in technical or IT-focused subreddits.
You must have aged Reddit accounts with established karma (we cannot use brand new accounts for this).
You do not need to be a Senior Engineer yourself, but you must be able to read a technical article and understand the core "pain point" it solves so you can speak about it authentically.
You value organic, slow-burn engagement over spamming 50 subreddits in an hour.
