HR specialist needed for recruiting strategy
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I am looking for an HR specialist for setting up our recruiting strategy and process as well as helping with it's execution and consulting on an ongoing basis.
The scope of work includes:
- Initial consultation regarding recruiting principles and goals
- Setting up a precise recruiting strategy (platforms, approaches) and a recruiting process (applications process, interview questions)
- Executing on the above defined strategy by writing job postings/conducting LinkedIn Headhunting.
- Help to screen applications, scheduling interviews and co-conducting interviews
- Consultation regarding HR Management
About us: We are a young and exiting startup in the area of blockchain trading and asset management. You will work directly with one of the two founders. We are located in Munich, Germany and plan to recruit there. German in writing and speaking is not absolut necessary but a large advantage.
