I'm looking for an HR freelancer who can help me with recruitment and hiring of up to 5 employees. This involves sourcing potential candidates from different job databases, performing initial screenings, and interviewing the short-listed candidates. I will need help with scheduling the interviews, conducting practice interviews.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the industry, dedicated to the task, and have a good sense of professionalism. They need to be able to spot the right candidate quickly, ensure compliance with all applicable laws, and be able to handle confidential information responsibly.
