Urgent: HR Recruiter for Non-IT Roles
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
SmartAgro is urgently hiring a Freelance HR Recruiter to source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Non-IT roles across FMCG, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. Immediate 2-day kickoff required.
Scope of Work:
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and Monster India
- Screen CVs against provided Job Descriptions
- Conduct first-round telephonic screening interviews
- Shortlist 5-8 qualified candidates per role
- Coordinate interview schedules with SmartAgro hiring managers
- Provide weekly progress reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience recruiting for Non-IT / FMCG / Agri / Manufacturing sectors
- India-based recruiter preferred
- Active Naukri Resdex access (mandatory)
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
- Available to start within 24 hours
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
Duration: 1 to 3 months, part-time (approximately 15-20 hours per week), with potential extension based on performance.
Budget: INR 25,000 to 50,000 per month, or INR 800 to 1,500 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
