We seek a recruiter who has perfect English fluency verbally and in writing.
We seek a recruiter familiar with Upwork, Indeed, Freelancer and LinkedIn. You will bring candidates through our recruiting process, including screening candidates, interviewing candidates, coordinating team interviews for other Helm team members to interview candidates, and administering hiring of candidates.

As a teenager, I discovered a near paralyzing fear I had for public speaking when I was asked to give a talk. Years later, a communication coach shifted my paradigm. Soon after, I escaped my incapacitating dread and grew to love speaking.
What are your limitations? Some you may know. Some may be invisible. It's said that the worst prison is the one you don't know you're in. Elephants are born in parts of the world tethered to a stake in the ground and don't travel outside a 10 foot radius. By 1 year old, the elephant can snap the stake like a toothpick but it doesn't because it's been conditioned.
A big part of Helm is discovering our "growing edge" - the next realm of growth. And a big part of what animates our team at Helm is elevating each other beyond our conditioning and revealing the potential each of us has. But that is only part.
Inspired by my own transformation, I spent over 20 years coaching individuals and organizations to break free from their limitations. While liberating, I learned that focusing just on success in my life or just "within the four walls of my business" isn't enough. And for one simple reason: freedom outside "our four walls" is vanishing and robbing us of our personal freedoms.
Threats to our freedom take many forms but they share 1 key feature: aggression. The core of my philosophy is the non-aggression principle: live and let live. Each of us should be in charge of our body, our property, and our money.
