UAE Mid-Level HR Recruitment
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need discreet, individual support to move quickly on several mid- to senior-level vacancies across the UAE. Because of restrictions in my line of work, this cannot be a public or agency-based arrangement, and confidentiality is essential.
Your role will be to headhunt and pre-screen at least five to six strong candidates per position. The roles are varied—engineers, project managers, and other professionals—but primarily within the telecom sector.
You will:
• Source and directly approach qualified candidates without relying on public job postings
• Conduct initial screening to verify technical fit, experience, and interest
• Present me with a shortlist of vetted candidates per role, complete with profiles and contact details
• Coordinate availability for interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the process
⚡ My usual deadlines are very tight—between 24 hours and 3 days maximum to deliver a qualified shortlist.
Success for me is having a solid shortlist for each role within these timelines and confidence that candidates are prequalified before I meet them. If you have proven experience headhunting in the UAE market and can work discreetly under pressure, I’d like to begin right away.
