We receive regular interest from independent traders and quant developers via platforms like LinkedIn, many of whom want to work with us — either on profit-sharing, incubation, or full-time employment models.

Your Role:
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can:
• Call and engage with interested traders and quants who reach out to us.
• Understand their background, trading approach, risk management style, and capital situation.
• Evaluate whether they fit into one of our existing collaboration models:
• Profit-sharing with capital deposit
• Zero-capital but high-skill incubation
• Full-time quant / trader roles
• Shortlist serious, high-potential talent for our leadership / quant team to evaluate further.

Responsibilities:
• Make introductory calls to candidates who approach us.
• Use a structured questionnaire to assess their technical and trading fit.
• Maintain a tracker of leads with detailed notes and outcomes.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with our team for promising profiles.
• Help refine and evolve our candidate evaluation criteria over time.

You’re a Fit If You:
• Have excellent communication skills — clear, confident, professional.
• Understand basic financial markets and trading lingo (options, quant models, PnL, drawdown, etc.).
• Are organized and process-driven.
• Can quickly assess whether someone is real or just talk.
• (Bonus) Have worked in recruitment, trading desks, or a fintech startup.

Preferred Backgrounds:
• Prior experience in trading recruitment, quantitative research, trader incubation programs, or finance HR.
• MBA / CFA / B.Com / Engineering / or Trading Bootcamp experience is a plus — not mandatory.
