Technical Talent Sourcer
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking to hire a Technical Talent Sourcer. The successful candidate will source, identify, cross-reference and then reaches out to suitable candidates. The ultimate goal is for the qualified candidates to successfully book and then also attend the call with the recruiter.
You will have an access to various sourcing tools suck as AngelList, LinkedIn Recruiter, and more to source candidates. You will be required to search and identify candidates for various jobs BOTH in Canada and the USA.
This job will be from 5-10 hours a week. You will get $5/hour and then $5 per each ONLY QUALIFIED candidate booked & attended calls with Canadian base candidates and then $8 per each US-based candidate.
Requirements - please do not apply if not applicable:
- Minimm 3 years of experience as a TECHNICAL sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role (only technical sourcing is applicable)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to follow the instructions & requirements
- Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as CRM/ ATS programs
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
