Technical and Sales Recruiter

We are looking for a freelancer who can help us in
1) Recruit Technical Talent ( Software developers)
2) Recruit the Sales and Marketing talent
3) Recruit from the competition organizations

Responsibilities will be
1) Sourcing the talent from multiple sources
2) Shortlisting the resumes
3) Scheduling the interviews
4) Salary, notice period negotiations
5) All the communication with candidates till joining ( Note: Offer letter and other documentation formalities will be taken care of by the other team)
