Technical Recruiter for IT Positions
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Spawning Designs is looking for Human Resources professional, preferably a female candidate with expertise in Technical Recruitment to take over the complete hiring and onboarding processes in India.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to
- Identify future job openings and technical requirements for those jobs.
- Scheduling and arranging telephonic, video or in-person interviews
- Draft and post technical job descriptions
- Screen potential candidates
- Source potential candidates on various platforms like Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
- Screen candidates for behavioral and stability requirements.
- Offering job positions for e.g. composing offer letters and relevant paperwork
- Keep applicants and candidates engaged and track them through the hiring process.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication and English-speaking skills
Good negotiating skills
Empathic and energetic
