Technical Recruiter / Hiring Coordinator Needed for NodeJS Project
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a reliable and organized collaborator to help me recruit developers for my software projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the hiring process from start to finish. You should be comfortable communicating with candidates, evaluating their skills, and providing me with detailed interview reports.
### Responsibilities
* Search for suitable developers on Job or Social platforms.
* Contact potential candidates and schedule interviews.
* Conduct text or voice interviews in English or other language.
* Ask technical and project-related questions that I provide (and suggest additional questions when appropriate).
* Evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall suitability.
* Prepare a clear summary of each interview, including the candidate's answers, strengths, weaknesses, and your recommendation.
### Requirements
* Communication and organizational skills.
* Experience interviewing or recruiting software developers is preferred.
* Basic understanding of software development concepts (especially NodeJS and Git) so you can communicate effectively with candidates.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive.
