The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, recruiting, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for technology roles. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of the team and the specific requirements for each position. Technical Recruiter also develops and executes recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
