Technical Recruiter

We are expanding our team and we are looking for an experienced, dependable and result oriented Technical Recruiter.


Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter;
• Experience working with the Silicon Valley clients;
• Experience with multiple sourcing techniques ( boolean search, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.);
• Proven experience with recruiting and applicant tracking tools as well as HR databases;
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Zoom, Google meet, etc);
• Knowledge of assessment techniques specific for each tech role;
• Ability to create a seamless and positive candidate experience through all stages;
• Ability to stay up to date on the latest tech industry standards, issues, and risks;
• BS in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.

• Flexibility when faced with changing priorities;
• Great organizational and time management skills;
• Great negotiation skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Write and post technical job descriptions, pre screening questionnaires, etc.;
• Source potential candidates on various platforms, job boards, etc.;
• Assess candidates’ response to the questionnaires;
• Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and culture fit;
• Interview candidates combining various methods (structured and semi-structured interviews, technical assessments, etc);
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team to plan recruitment goals and assess hiring needs;
• Update the candidates regarding the status of their applications;
• Network online with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals in the industry;
• Stay atop of recruitment and technological trends and products.
