Tech Talent Recruiter in Da Nang
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are seeking a skilled recruiter fluent in English to source top IT and Tech talent in Da Nang, Vietnam. Your role will involve screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department managers to fulfill our staffing needs.
Your main responsibility will be sourcing 3–5 viable candidates for each role in time for the final face-to-face interviews on July 21-24, 2025, in Da Nang, Vietnam.
We are in need of freelance recruiters who can work efficiently, use their time wisely, and produce results quickly.
Requirements and Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience as a recruiter or similar role, preferably in the IT/tech industry.
• Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Must have own computer with minimum specs to perform the job function (preferably i7 or higher). Must have own fast and reliable internet connection (preferably 75 Mbps or higher to support interviews via Zoom).
Expectations
• Hubstaff activity must be 50% or above (organically) during working hours. All hours will be monitored to track progress and productivity.
• All viable candidate profiles should be endorsed on or before July 16, 2025, and face-to-face final interviews must be scheduled on July 21 to 24, 2025.
Employment Type: Project-Based, Freelance
Work hours: Between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Vietnam Time
Required hours: Maximum number of hours to source per role is to be determined.
Project Timeline: 4-6 weeks, until final interviews have been conducted and successful candidates have been selected.
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, Vietnam Time
Work Set-up: Remote
Start Date: Immediately (ASAP)
Compensation: Hourly pay, depending on experience.
