Tech Support Recruitment Partner

I need an experienced recruitment specialist who already understands the technology sector to help me fill a number of mid-level Technical Support Staff roles. You will take full ownership of the hiring cycle—from sourcing passive and active talent to screening, coordinating interviews with my team, and guiding finalists through offer acceptance and onboarding.

Because these are mid-level positions, I’m looking for someone who can quickly recognise depth of product knowledge, customer-facing skills, and the problem-solving mindset my support organisation depends on. I will provide a clear competency matrix, salary range, and an outline of our culture; you translate that into compelling outreach and a vetted shortlist.

Deliverables I expect:
• An agreed search strategy and timeline within the first week
• A minimum of five qualified, interview-ready candidates per vacancy, each with a brief assessment summary
• Weekly progress reports and pipeline analytics
• Scheduling support up to final interview and reference checks
