Talent Sourcing
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
You are welcomed here as you bring:
3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency) or as a freelance recruiter in India (currently residing in India)
Excellent understanding and knowledge on all areas of sourcing and headhunting practices.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Solid ability to conduct screening and interviews.
Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
Solid time-management abilities along with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English fluency mandatory.
Strong decision-making skills.
You will:
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals and other channels.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to the consulting partner within the specified turn-around-time.
Network and build long-lasting candidate/client relationships.
Ensure that candidate database is maintained/updated regularly and provided to the consulting partner regularly.

Remuneration:
Freelance Recruiter: Commission basis (to be agreed), to be paid after 90 days of candidate joining
