As a Talent Scout Specialist, you will work closely with the HR and recruitment team to proactively source exceptional candidates for various roles, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to our overall growth strategy. This role offers a competitive base salary of $3,500/month plus uncapped commission based on recruitment success.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
Actively search for and engage with high-potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other sourcing methods.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company values.
