Talent Recruiter with specialization in Marketing, Advertising Agency, Startup

Hello! We are looking for a Talent Recruiter with experience and specialization in the marketing, ad agency, and/or start up spaces.
We are a global team of professionals leading next-gen and innovative global management and marketing consultancy with a decentralized talent model. We believe that the best creatives, pioneers, and minds are non-conventional and unorthodox; hence they will not be found operating in a conventional and traditional office– the centralized world.
Given this, we want to tap into the decentralized world of talent. The Talent Recruiter will help build our portfolio of talent from all over the world and support us in the development and application of this unique business model.
The Talent Recruiter will act as a strategic resourcing partner to the business and will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, such as:
• Sourcing, interviewing, assessing, recommending candidates who match the job listings
• Building the candidate pool and retaining relationships with top talent for future placements
• Utilizing recruitment or talent access platforms (LinkedIn, community groups, etc)
• Helping us set up our talent database and systems
Other requirements for the role include:
• Proven work experience as a recruiter in Marketing or Agency set-up
• In-depth knowledge of talent recruitment best practices
• Proficient written and communication skills in English
• Bonus points if you’re passionate about accessing global talent, especially in the innovation space
