Talent Management for KRAs

Need a freelance HR Consultant based in either of the regions of USA, Australia, Europe to conduct comprehensive interview in English language (minumum 40 minutes - maximum 60 minutes each) of senior Team Leaders of a Not for Profit organization over virtual platform for :-
# Understanding and recording their roles, responsibilities, routine & key activities etc.
# Assist in bringing clarity between Activities of a Job and KRAs in a Role during the interview itself
Someone who has worked on Balanced Scorecard based KRAs will be preferred. Work exposure with Not for Profits on KRAs will be advantageous. Minimum 10 years of work experience in Talent Management with MBA in HR will be an ideal fit.
