As a key player in our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing a variety of sourcing channels to attract high-caliber talent. Duties:
Identify and evaluate relevant candidate sourcing channels to complement our current tech stack.
Manage and optimize accounts for sourcing channels.
Post job openings and proactively source candidates via multiple channels.
Continuously suggest improvements to enhance sourcing capabilities and workflows.
Effectively use proprietary ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand talent needs and devise targeted recruitment strategies.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay up to date on industry trends.
Experience:
At least 5 years of proven experience in talent sourcing.
Expertise in sourcing technologies and sourcing tactics.
High-volume recruitment experience is a plus.
Experience with junior candidates and campus recruiting is an advantage.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Fluent in French.
Familiarity with ATS systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
