Job Description
a. Looking for experienced HR (talent acquisition professionals) member to help us to expand our
team strength in Mumbai and for other locations as well.
b. You can work from home and from any location.
c. You can work as per your convenient time.
d. Daily reporting at the eod.
e. Remuneration as per Monetary Benefit Policy (MBP). Will explain you, how it works.

Role and Responsibilities
 Manage full-cycle recruitment for company on assigned searches.
 Source, screen, schedule, and process all prospective candidates.
 Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods –
web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.

Required Skill & Experience
 Must have minimum 3years of experience in sourcing candidate
 Candidate must be able work independently.
 Prior experience in financial domain will be added advantage but not necessary.
 Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network.
 Optimistic thinker, excellent communication skill and pleasant personality.
