Supply of temporary and permanent staff to health care facility

I am looking for a qualified and experienced Recruitment Associate or Manager who can sort out staff supply staff to my present contract leads with Care UK, Matrix, and County Council to achieve the desired value. The person has to have healthcare staff recruitment and supply to my present leads facility for a period of 6 months to 1 year. I need the staff to fulfill specific qualifications and certifications that ensure the best possible quality care supply is met. An ideal candidate would possess prior experience in healthcare and be dedicated to providing a supportive and superior level of service to all my contract.
