Freelance Recruiter in Sri Lanka

I'm looking for an experienced recruiter to help optimize our interview process for mid-level software engineering candidates.
Candidate must be in Sri Lanka and should be able to operate from a Colombo office location.
Key tasks include:
- Designing structured interview questions
- Coordinating with hiring managers
- Scheduling and managing candidate interviews
- Providing feedback and insights on candidates
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven recruitment background, especially in tech
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with interview process design and candidate evaluation
