Are you a US-based recruiter, agency owner, or sourcer with a strong network in the Talent Acquisition space?
We are MoreReplies, an early-stage HR Tech startup founded by a 10-year executive search veteran. We've built an AI engine that solves the biggest pain point in our industry: terrible cold outreach and 5% reply rates. Our tool generates hyper-personalized, context-aware messages in seconds.
We are currently in a private beta with 300+ NA recruiters. As we prepare for a broader launch, we are bypassing traditional marketing agencies. Instead, we want to put our marketing budget directly into the hands of the people who know this industry best: Recruiters.
We are looking for a select group of Growth Partners / Affiliates to help us introduce MoreReplies to the US staffing and recruiting community.
【What You Will Do】
As a Growth Partner, you are our evangelist on the ground. You will:
· Leverage Your Network: Introduce MoreReplies to your network of agency owners, freelance recruiters, and internal TA teams.
· Share & Demonstrate: Share your exclusive referral links, post about your experience using the tool on LinkedIn, or do quick screen-shares with peers to show them how you easily get 30%+ reply rates.
· Provide Market Intel: Give us direct feedback from the US market so we can continue training our AI models to be the best in the industry.
【Who You Are】
In the Trenches: You are an active or former recruiter/headhunter based in the US. You deeply understand the pain of candidate sourcing.
Well-Networked: You have a solid LinkedIn following or are active in recruiting communities (Slack, Discord, Facebook groups, etc.).
Entrepreneurial: You know how to hustle. You recognize a game-changing tool when you see one, and you know how to pitch it to your peers.
