Star Recruiter needed - Talent Acquisition
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
We have an ongoing role for a recruiter in our national labour hire business in Australia. As a recruiter you will be posting ads across various forms, screening candidates and setting up interviews for our local recruiters.
You will be using our tailored system to mine for candidates, as well as various social media channels to find talent in an incredibly tight and difficult market.
You must have at least 4 years experience in blue collar recruitment, working for Australian, UK, Canadianm US or NZ companies, and be able to demonstrate your excellent screening capabilities, both from reviewing resumes and applications as well as telephone screening and video screening to check candidate suitability for roles. Absolutely MUST be fluent in written and spoken English.
You will have worked in a virtual environment before and understand the importance of building a great reputation with your colleagues through your availability, responsiveness and professionalism.
We have at least 40 hours a week work for the right recruitment specialist.
