Staff Recruitment for Gurgaon CA Firm
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am looking for free lancer HR, as I’m expanding my chartered accountancy practice in Gurgaon and need help filling three on-site roles right away: ICAI-registered Article Assistants, accountants who already have at least two years of proven CA-firm experience, and semi-qualified CAs who have cleared both groups of Inter. I’d like you to manage the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews—so that I can focus on client work.
The right candidates must be comfortable with day-to-day audit files, GST and income-tax compliance, Tally or Busy bookkeeping, and routine client communication. Gurgaon-based availability and the ability to start quickly are non-negotiable.
Deliverables
• A curated batch of strong, contactable profiles for each of the three role categories
• A brief comparison sheet highlighting experience, technical skills, and notice period for every shortlisted candidate
• Interview scheduling with my team and basic reference checks completed before final selection
