Sri Lankan Nurse Recruitment Partner
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking for an experienced educational consultant who already runs—or can immediately activate—a nurse-recruitment pipeline in Sri Lanka. My goal is to secure a steady flow of fully qualified, English-proficient Sri Lankan nurses ready for overseas placement, so I need someone who understands local nursing schools, SLBFE requirements, and the licensing or credentialing steps commonly requested by foreign regulators (e.g., NCLEX, OET/IELTS, CGFNS).
What I expect you to handle end-to-end:
• Building relationships with nursing colleges and alumni networks in Sri Lanka
• Marketing the opportunity, screening applicants, and verifying academic and clinical credentials
• Coordinating language testing and any bridging or adaptation programs that destination authorities require
• Managing documentation, notarisation, and overseas employer interviews until the candidate is formally handed over for visa processing
Acceptance criteria
– A draft service agreement that outlines your workflow, timelines, and fee structure
– A detailed monthly funnel report (leads, screened, shortlisted, accepted) delivered in Excel or Google Sheets
– Delivery of at least 10 pre-screened, interview-ready nurses within six weeks of contract start
Please describe your current Sri Lankan network, past placement numbers, typical destination countries you service, and the software you use for applicant tracking or virtual interviews (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Microsoft Teams, Zoom). Attach any sample marketing collateral, license verification templates, or employer reference letters that demonstrate your capability.
