About the Role:
Source and recruit fluent Spanish-English interpreters for flexible remote work.
Interpreters log in to a web portal and accept calls anytime—they are not bound to fixed assignments.
You will be responsible for outreach, candidate screening, and referring qualified candidates to our onboarding team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential interpreters via social media, job boards, professional groups, and local networks.
Provide clear information about the job’s flexibility and requirements.
Pre-screen candidates to verify language skills and interest.
Maintain communication and assist candidates through the initial stages of onboarding.
Requirements:
Resident of a Spanish-speaking country (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, etc.)
Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience with recruitment or candidate sourcing preferred
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, and local job portals
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting interpreters or bilingual professionals
Existing network within the language services or interpreting community
