Sourcing specialists to locate candidates for our recruiting team, identify potential candidates, prescreen and make initial email/messaging contact. US based candidates in various industries; logistics, construction, medical, transportation, financial, IT and others. Positions including executive, sales, management, engineering, PM’s, Tech’s, etc.
Requirements:
-Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases.
-Have a network of job site databases, talent sites and social networks.
-Knowledge of sourcing techniques in a variety of industries.
-Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
-Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role.
-Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
-Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
-Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
-Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
-Find and identify contact information for prospective candidates
-Make initial contact and match candidates to job descriptions.
-Schedule candidate interviews for our recruiters.
-Log candidate information in spreadsheet or database.
