Source 50 Streamers & 200 Moderators
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an experienced talent sourcer who can quickly identify, screen, and present two remote-work cohorts for a new streaming project:
• 50 female streamers
• 200 male or female chat moderators
For the female talent, I’m only interested in ages 18-30 who are confident on camera, enjoy interacting with viewers, and own a high-quality phone (Android 2023+ or iPhone 11+). A steady internet connection is non-negotiable, and I’d like you to capture basic stats (age, height, weight) plus a Telegram ID. Although I will accept candidates from the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, the USA, Indonesia, LATAM, and elsewhere, they must be comfortable working to a flexible schedule.
Moderators should also be 18-30 and possess their own PC or laptop, a stable 100 Mbps connection, and ideally a GTX/RTX GPU or better. The starting salary is $500+, so please position the role accordingly when you reach out to prospects. The same geographical openness applies here: UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, the USA, and other eligible regions.
Deliverables
1. A spreadsheet (CSV or Google Sheet) listing 50 pre-vetted female streamers and 200 pre-vetted male moderators.
2. For each entry: name, age, country, contact details, gear/internet specs, scheduling notes, and a short suitability comment.
3. Confirmation that each candidate has been personally screened for the requirements above and expressed clear interest in remote collaboration.
You will be paid 10$ per hired streaming model and 7$ per hired moderator
If you already have access to creator communities or mod forums, that’s a big plus. Speed matters, but quality trumps quantity—every profile you submit should be ready for a follow-up interview.
