Find fast food/quick service employees for paid research interviews
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We're a market research firm recruiting participants for a paid 25-minute remote interview study about kitchen operations and order flow in US quick-service and fast-casual restaurants.
We need you to find and deliver 40 qualified participants who meet the following criteria:
Currently employed (full-time or part-time) at a quick-service, fast-casual restaurant, or coffee shop in the United States
Work in a kitchen or order fulfillment role (not front counter or drive-thru only)
English-speaking, 18+
Each participant will complete a short screening survey. If they qualify and complete the 25-minute interview, that counts as one complete.
Payment structure:
$20 per qualified complete (40 completes = $800 total)
No payment for participants who don't pass screening or don't complete the interview
We can discuss how participant incentives are handled once we connect

Ideal freelancer:
Experience recruiting for market research, user research, or survey panels
Access to or ability to source food service/restaurant workers in the US
Comfortable with outreach via social media, community groups, job boards, or personal networks
Timeline: We need completes delivered on a rolling basis. Speed matters. Ideally looking at a 3-day delivery.
