Your mission is simple: tap into your own contacts, LinkedIn groups, professional associations, or any recruitment channels you trust, identify strong recruiter profiles, and invite them to open their own digital store on our platform.
Here’s how the process works
1. I’ll supply you with concise job descriptions, a detailed FAQ, and a step-by-step guide on setting up a Digital Profile Shop.
2. You reach out to healthcare HR recruiters, present the material, walk them through the sign-up or answer preliminary questions, and highlight the perks:
• instant exposure to international clients,
• our AI voice-translation layer that lets them consult in any language,
• and a revenue model that lets them earn more as independent experts.
3. Once they agree, you hand them off to me for final onboarding and I track each successful referral back to you.
The immediate focus is healthcare. Technology and finance specialists are welcome down the line, but right now I need recruiters who already understand hospitals, clinics, insurers, or life-science organisations so they can hit the ground running.
Deliverables I’ll measure
• A worksheet (spreadsheet or CRM export) listing each approached candidate with status notes.
